Thai Cooking Class

To learn all of the secrets in preparing traditional Thai cuisine, we welcome you to join us in Malina's restaurant for our Thai Cooking Class. You will learn how to prepare the ingredients and cook all of the dishes which you will then the menu have 5 courses, 1appitizer 1 salad 1 soup 1 main and 1 dessert, 2 hour/class.

Enjoy for lunch or dinner, along with a refreshing herbal drink. You'll also receive a course certificate, recipes and a souvenir.

Fruit Carving Lesson

There is a long tradition of fruit carving in Thailand, especially in the presentation of food for the Royal Family. Fruit carving is also used when giving food offerings to Buddhist monks, or when entertaining special guests.

Though our instructor is an experienced fruit carver, the lesson is suitable for beginners as it starts with the basics. The attraction of Thai cuisine lies not only in the wonderful tastes and flavors, but also in the artistic presentation.
