We are waiting to compliment you and your staff on their pleasant, through and professional approach which has contributed to making our stay in Phuket a most enjoyable experience.

Although all your staff were lovely people, we would particularly like to mention Khampheerapharp, Kanpicha and Kwang who were always pleasant and ready to respond to any request. Special thanks to Khampheerapharp for arranging champagne on Anthony's Birthday.

Our breakfast will not be the same without Chetta and Areephan to greet us. Their attention to detail and service was of the highest standard, we have experienced. You have two excellent employee's in Chetta and Areephan.

We have just spent 10 days at the Avantika Hotel. A beautiful boutique hotel situated in the quieter part of Patong overlooking the Andaman Sea.

An ideal place to stay if you want peace and tranquility. The staffs are friendly, helpful & greet you at all time with smile.

The hotel was first opened in 2002, and although it was damaged in 2004 by the Tsunami desaster, today there is no evidence of that.

The rooms are elegantly furnished, in the style of Jeng Shui.

Thank you so much for making our stay one of the most memorable times of our lives.

As two of us live in London, and two live in New Zeland, this was a rare chance for four best friends to get together. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay, or a nicer people to take care of us.

From driver who picked us up from the airport, to the wonderful team at reception (thank you for the perfect restaurant suggestions!), to the restaurant staff, to the lovely managing director Pongpasu (thanks for suggestion to Coral Island & Lampsing!) - everyone was helpful, professional and LOVELY! Your attentioness ensured that every need was met, and with a smile.

If we come back (we hope so!) we will definitely stay with you again. Without doubt we will be recommending Avantika to all our friends.

We had a very pleasant stay at Avantika. The hotel staff was exellent with great service.

The staff was also extreamly hleped with organisation and information.

The rooms and hotel facilities was very satisfying. The only negative paint was that the beds were a bit hard.
