Located in the southwest of Phuket, Nai Harn is a naturally sheltered beach and strikingly underdeveloped when compared to the island’s many other west coast beaches. This is because a local Buddhist Temple owns most of the beach’s hinterland, making it impossible for hotels to move in and take over. There are only three beachside hotels here, with several villa arrangements further inland and happily the whole area has retained its village-like atmosphere.
