- Assist customers with enquiries about their travel itinerary by telephone, email and an online chat interface.
Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year experience in the hospitality or tourism industry. Knowledge of an e-commerce environment would be advantageous.
- Good command of English (both speaking and writing).
- Able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Good typing skills for both Thai and English (at a minimum speed of 40-50 words per minute).
- Computer and Internet literate with knowledge of Outlook software.
- Must be able to work flexible hours (including night shift or on weekends).
