with The Mangosteen. You can “Fast and Cleans” your system of all the toxins,
both physical and emotional, that accumulate with our modern stressful lifestyles.
We have seven kinds of Fasting Programs in which you are fully instructed, supported,
and supervised. Our Yoga and Meditation Classes, Spa Treatments, Massages, Reiki
and Counseling, all aid the process and you can also learn Thai Massage, Shiatsu
Massage and even Music, while you enjoy the wonders of Phuket. The results of
Fasting and Detoxing are life changing and amazing. Most people lose a lot of
weight, usually around one kilo per day, and go from a state of poor health and
