Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort is set amidst 40 acres of lush foliage. The hotel features six meeting rooms, two lagoon-size swimming pools, four tennis courts, a pair of air-conditioned squash courts, a world-class spa, a variety of land and sea sports facilities, and a discovery centre for kids. 10 restaurants and bars allow for a gastronomic journey around the globe. Construction Report:
The Resort will carry-out room renovations in 2013 to minimize impact to guests. Guest room renovations will take place from May to June at one building and at another from August to October. In both phases adjacent buildings will be closed to serve as buffer. The Resort's Japanese, Italian, and Thai dining venues will be unavailable from August to September. Additionally, Pakarang Restaurant will be refreshed from August till end of October while the exciting transformation of Le Cafe Fleuri to a Le Meridien branded 'Latest Recipe' dining venue will also take place from August until end of October.
Guests scheduled to stay at the Resort between 01 August and 31 October 2013 are able to cancel reservations without penalty until 15 May 2013. The Resort will also assist guests who decide to shift their stay to other Starwood-managed properties; Westin Siray Bay, Naka Island – A Luxury Collection Resort, Le Meridien Khao Lak Beach & Spa Resort, or Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort.
