A television and a video projector play Indian movies and show major international sport events.
Tables and chairs can also be set on the front porch of the restaurant, offering 20 additional seats for people who’d like to eat al fresco, and permitting the organisation of special events. Please note that, if you drive there, there’s plenty of parking space right on the street and in the Index Living Mall car park on the other side of the road.
Regarding food, Bollywood Phuket mostly serves central and north Indian home-style cooked specialities as well as a choice of curries coming from the most notable provinces of the subcontinent. Three Indian chefs are in charge of delivering the goods and they are able to prepare almost any dish on request.
From starters such as onion bhajiya (crispy onions garnished with Indian spices and herbs) at 170 baht to tandoor specials like prawn tandoori (fresh prawns marinated in masala and yoghurt) at 375 baht to vegetarian dishes such as palak paneer (cottage cheese with spinach) at 230 baht to classic main dishes like chicken tikka masala at 280 baht (to which connoisseurs will add mixed raita – homemade yoghurt with vegetables, at 80 baht), there is indeed a stunning choice of rich and delightful flavours at Bollywood Phuket Restaurant.
Besides its excellent food, the restaurant offers special promotions such as Wine Wednesdays (buy one glass of wine, get one free), Thursdays’ Lassi Lady (one free lassi for ladies when ordering food) or Cocktail Fridays (buy one cocktail, get one free), and more.
