Entering the reception area of the brand-new Royal Spa is a soothing experience in itself. The interiors are daubed in soft and natural lighting, and furnished with antique and contemporary pieces. The music is kept at discrete levels. While sipping on gently-brewed herbal teas, you are guided through the extensive menu of Body, Mind and Soul treatments by professionally-trained members of staff.
Aligned with the Ancient origins of Thai massage, designs are mainly from the Sri Vijaya kingdom that spanned the central and southern regions of Thailand between the 7th and 9th centuries. The mainly Hindu influences came from India. Life-size sculptures of beautiful statues, recreated from this era, are set in niches along the corridor leading to private suites. A statue outside each room holds a lit candle when it is occupied, assuring you complete privacy.
Each private suite is simple yet elegant. The walls are covered in soft, rose-coloured silk with light green accents, and the design motif of the lotus. With over 300 square metres of dedicated treatment area, the spa features 4 of these indoor and outdoor suites, each with a very spacious 60 square metres.
A typical Royal Spa Suite includes: a private therapy preparation area (separate from the guest area), two luxurious locker-rooms for guests, a shower and steam room, a rest room, two indoor treatment beds, a jacuzzi with a relaxing Thai-style sofa, and a large outdoor floating treatment bed. All venues have majestic views of the beach of Nai Harn Bay.
Two of the Royal Spa Suites have unique features: A wet-treatment pavilion with a Zen garden and marble treatment beds, where you can indulge in a body scrub, or any of the wet treatments, in total privacy. A lotus pond and sunken jacuzzi complete these oases of relaxation.

Ideal for weary muscles, aches and pains, this is a therapeutic treatment ideal for those who prefer strong pressure. A traditional Thai massage is conducted using hot herbal compresses, the heat loosens muscles and allows greater penetration of many stimulating Thai herbs for deep tissue relief.

Swedish Massage (55 mins)
The ultimate relaxing massage, using soothing hand movements to work into the muscle and soft tissue to induce relief from stress and tension. Using your choice of aromatic oils, this massage covers most of the body, with emphasis on the back. Pressure can be varied as you wish.

Remedial Massage (55 mins)
This massage is a combination if Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, wonderful for relieving a tired body, and is highly recommended if you prefer a strong massage or have specific muscular problem areas.

Reflexology Foot Massage (55 mins)
After cleansing the feet with a refreshing salt scrub, your reflexologist uses pressure points to systematically stimulate all nerve reflexes in the feet.
