The Suites Estate is ready for construction and currently selling
the last 2 Suites of-plan, with a 20% discounted introduction price.

is shared in an unusual way: Owners receive 65% of all rental income,
management 35% only. The 35% already include all utilities such
as electricity, water etc. Rental income is not shared in a pool
but shown in separate accounts, Suite by Suite. We want an
extremely transparent accounting system for the owners to get the
maximum results for buyers, Hajo says. One of the reasons
might be that he is also planning to move into the new building.
