It is an 800 meters long sandy beach with lush palm-trees as a backdrop. The shopping is now as exciting and attractive on Thai Na Road in Kata-centre as in the major resort area of Patong. Although should you wish to visit Patong too, then the local bus stop is right outside Rico’s Bungalows and after a 20 minute ride along the western shores Patong is reached.
