The Palms Kamala Beach Resort

A luxury new modern apartment resort, also needs a top quality fully air conditioned Fitness Centre. The Palms Fitness Centre has been fitted out with all of the very latest Cardio Vascular equipment, together with three-stage Multi Gym, and a full selection of free weights. Leading Fitness experts and Manufacturers Johnson, have been the advisors and suppliers of all of our fitness equipment seen here at The Palms.

All guests over the age of 16 years are allowed access to our fully airconditioned Fitness Centre, now there is no excuse not to stay fit while on holiday. Now you can eat what you want and still stay trim.

We have both ladies and gent's changing rooms, which again have full air conditioning, locking lockers, showers and toilets in our centre. Locker keys and towels, are available from our Reception. As you can see from the image above as you work out you can also look out over one of our two Swimming Pools, but the mirror glass on the outside stops people looking in at you as you do.

All of The Palms Staff are trained to a very high level, one that you would normally only find in a five-star Hotel. Our staff are there to offer all of our guests the best possible service, which is a condition of their employment with us. We have selected the very best staff at The Palms, and as soon as you arrive here you will notice this.

We have a fully staffed and comfortable Reception, and our staff are there to cater to your wishes. If you would like them to make any particular arrangements, or bookings for trips, shows or taxi for you or your guests, then please do not hesitate to ask.
