Surin Massage (55 minutes)
A classic Swedish massage using a variety of hand techniques, done Palm Spa style. Using your choice of aromatherapy oil, this massage covers all of the body and pressure can be applied to suit your needs. A totally relaxing experience.

Traditional Thai Massage (90 minutes)
An art with ancient traditions, Thai massage uses a combination of deep pressure points, stretching and bending techniques along the ‘meridians’ of the body without using oil.

Energy Rebalance Massage (55 minutes)
This massage combines Thai, Swedish and Sports techniques. If you have a particular problem that needs attention, our therapist will tailormake this massage to your needs. Please consult the receptionist about your requirements.

Back, Neck, Shoulder Massage (40 minutes)
Using the oil of your choice to massage around the back, neck and shoulders. Relieves stress, tension and improves circulation. Great addition to any other massage or treatment if additional work on these areas is required.

Ultimate Foot Care (55 minutes)
Starting with a cleansing foot scrub using salt and oils, any pain associated with the pressure applied to the Reflexology points of the feet will soon be forgotten during the lower leg lotion massage and wonderfully relaxing head massage. Designed to restore your physical balance within, this treatment is also great for the relief of water retention and insomnia.

Palm Spa Herbal Luxury (90 minutes)
Palm Spa’s ultimate massage incorporates the relaxation of a Swedish massage with the application of a Hot Herbal Compress. Once the muscles are totally warmed some deeper tissue massage then follows to ensure you leave supple, envigorated and totally relaxed.

Surin Salt Scrub (55 minutes)
Palm Spa’s own Aromatherapy salt scrub exfoliates your body to remove dead skin cells with a blend of warm lavender essential oil and sea salts, that nourishes the skin, improves blood circulation and will leave your skin feeling fresh and silky smooth.

Asian Herbal Exfoliation (55 minutes)
Using a mixture of Plai, Galanga and Magrut gently rubbed over your body, this scrub helps cleanse the pores while refreshing, tightening and invigorating the skin. Perfect before any massage.

Tamarind Refresh Polish (55 minutes)
Tamarind and Honey are used in this treatment that uplifts and revives whilst exfoliating the skin with natural rice meal. The honey acts as a natural skin softener while the Tamarind provides cleansing and nourishing properties to give the skin a radiant glow.

Mud Body Wrap (55 minutes)
A great treatment to help with water retention and to detoxifying impurities from within. Warm mud will be applied all over the body and you will then be enveloped with warm heated blankets to help encourage the detoxification process. Also helps relieve tension.

Pampering Palm Spa Supreme (55 minutes)
A truly relaxing deep heat treatment using palm oil to relax tired muscles and nerves, and nurture the skin. Included is a fantastic head massage to aid in this magic mind release.

Detoxifying Body Mask (55 minutes)
