Original Water Color Paintings by Aawn Sitisang and
Cheryl Beck and sculptures by Sandra Marquis.

The 19th King's
Cup Regatta
December 4th11th 2005 The regatta has been co-sponsored
by Mom Tri's properties since its in inauguration
in 1987. The annual Boathouse Races, Awards Presentation
Party and Candlelight Birthday Tribute will be held
on the 5th of December.

Austrian Exhibition
of Thai Cuisine
The Boathouse Wine and Grill's Gourmet Executive Chef
Tammonoon Pancha participated in an Exhibition of Thai
Cuisine at the Ronacher Hotel in Bad Kleinkirchheim,
Austria, from 11 June to 20 June 2005.
Chef Tammanoon frequently shares his secrets of great
Thai cooking with professional Chefs from around the
globe. His association with some of the world's most
renowned Culinary Experts and fine European hotels spans
more than a decade.

Buffet Dinner & Art Auction
All proceeds from the art auction were devoted to the
Scholarship Fund for Tsunami victims

Boathouse Grand Re-opening
On 26 February 2005 the new concept of The Gourmet
Hotel with The Boathouse and Villa Royale merged
into one property was launched at a Poolside Cocktail
Party attended by over 200 hundred guests.
On the same night a Grand Re-Opening Dinner celebrated
the newly renovated Boathouse Wine and Grill Restaurant
with over 150 guests, including the Ambassadors of France
and Denmark.
An auction of special, limited edition, tsunami commemorative
crystal wine glasses and tsunami survivor wines was
held to inaugurate the Gentle Sea Fund which is used
to maintain the cleanliness of the Kata headlands
rocky shoreline.

Boathouse Refurbishment
Throughout 2004 the guest rooms at The Boathouse were
given a fresh new look with interior details and contemporary
furnishings in natural bamboo. Simply elegant.
