All of Mom Tri's 27 individually decorated suites provide the ambience of a luxurious tropical home. The decor here is best described as 'contemporary Thai/Oriental', with features such as original artworks, a unique wall covered with sheets of bamboo, atmospheric lighting and a blend of natural and exotic colours. Mom Tri's Villa Royale offers nine different types of suites, all with superior amenities such as CD stereos and DVD players, internet access, complimentary daily delicacies and a private balcony or other outdoor area. Beach Wing Suite (former Deluxe Studio)(17 units)

The 64.5sqm Beach Wing Suite has an open-plan sitting room and bedroom. Bathroom has a separate shower room and bathtub. Personal CD stereo & VCD Player. First floor units one – five, entry is through the balcony which features an outdoor rain bath.

Kata Suite (two units)

A large (57.5sqm) studio with a double bed, sitting area and office nook. Bathroom has a separate shower room and bathtub. Entry is through the balcony which opens directly onto the upper swimming pool. Personal CD stereo & VCD Player.

Pool Suite (one unit)

A large (95sqm) studio with double bed and sitting area. Personal CD stereo & VCD Player. Bathroom has a separate shower room and bathtub. Entry is through the balcony. Enclosed private pool (3 x 5.5 m) and garden with outdoor shower.

Lantom (one unit)

The 81sqm Lantom has connecting bedrooms, each room can be entered from outside, a private balcony with a private round pool. Personal CD stereo & VCD Player.

Lampong (one unit)

The 81sqm Lampong has connecting sitting room and bedroom with twin beds. Each room can be entered from outside. Personal CD stereo & VCD Player. A private terrace with private round pool.

Dhamma-Raksa (one unit)

The 81sqm Dhamma-Raksa has connecting sitting room and bedroom with a double bed. Each room can be entered from outside. Private balcony. Personal CD stereo & VCD Player.

Toey Talay (1 unit)

The 81sqm Toey Talay has natural exposed rock and a private in-suite wine cellar. Studio with a double bed and sitting area. Personal CD stereo & VCD Player. Bathroom has a separate shower room and bathtub. Entry is through the private balcony.

The 99sqm Dao-a-Dung has one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a comfortable full set of sofas . Two story glass ocean front with recessed decorative nook above the bedroom. Personal CD stereo & VCD Player. Private balcony.

Royale Wing Suite (9 units)

The 65sqm Royale Wing Suites are new sea view suites. Contemporary, bright and fresh with very large balconies and panoramic sea views. A spacious studio boasts an extra large king-size bed facing out to the sea, a sofa, 32-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, desk and mini-bar. The large balcony accommodates two comfortable bamboo day beds and a table for two. The bathroom has a luxurious bathtub and separate shower and is modern and airy.
