The Chart Room is divisible into three smaller rooms, each of which can be set up in any of six configurations to meet a particular conference’s needs. The configurations to choose from are:
- Board Meeting - guests sitting around one large table
- Classroom style - three places per table, all facing the front
- Hollow Square - guests sitting around a square
- Rounds of Ten - circular tables with places for ten at each table
- Theatre - rows of seats without tables but facing a main table or podium
- U-shape - same as square, with one end open
